I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), specialising in baby and toddler nutrition.
The world of baby and toddler nutrition can sometimes be confusing and stressful. With my qualifications (and first hand experience as a busy mum myself!) I can help with weaning babies onto solids, family meal planning, picky eating, ensuring your little ones are getting the right nutrition, and more.

“Kelly has been so incredible in my weaning journey with my daughter. Pre weaning, the idea of it always scared me, particularly the thought of my daughter choking. However when my daughter started showing an interest in food, I reached out to Kelly to find out how I should approach it, what foods to try and how to prepare them.
Kelly sent me over a detailed weaning plan with loads of different meal ideas (including allergens and how to introduce them). She also listed out some amazing finger foods that I should give my daughter to develop her hand/eye coordination and her oral chewing development. All the meal ideas encourage the use of herbs/spices too which was something I had never considered before. My daughter has absolutely loved the meals and has developed such a love for food as a result. As we’ve got a bit further along in our journey, Kelly still checks in to see how things are going.
